4 Return Request Process
To initiate a return or refund request, please follow these steps:

Submit your request within 48 hours of delivery.

- Order details and transaction reference ID
- Clear high-resolution photos of the product and its packaging
- A detailed description of the issue faced
5 Verification & Approval
- • All requests are subject to internal verification and inspection by our quality control team.
- • We reserve the right to approve or reject requests based on the physical and visual evidence provided.
6 Refund Process
Once your refund is approved:
- • Refunds will be processed and initiated within 5–7 business days.
- • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, or to your store wallet (if applicable).
7 Replacement Policy
- • In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement of the same product instead of a monetary refund.
- • The processing of replacements is subject to inventory and product availability.
8 Cancellation Policy
- • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
- • Once the order is shipped/dispatched from our facility, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
9 Important Notes
- • Products must be unused, unaltered, and retained in their original outer packaging if a physical return is approved.
- • S K Pharmaceuticals reserves the right to deny refund/return requests in cases of suspected fraud or repeated claims.
- • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
